According to Status.Twitter.com, Twitter.com is experiencing
“Site availability issues 52 minutes ago
We’re currently experiencing some site availability issues; we’re looking into it now and will update when we have more information.”

These are mostly due to DDOS attacks and Server-side mishaps… And you never really can tell which one is which.

“Site availability issues 52 minutes ago
We’re currently experiencing some site availability issues, due to an unauthorized 3rd Party compromising our systems; we’re looking into it now and will update when we have more information.”

What do you think?

Either way, it’s probably not such a Merry Christmas on 795 Folsom St. in San Francisco.
