In a couple weeks, I’ll be giving two talks about BPI- one here in NYC and another out in Cambridge @ Harvard.

BPI (Business Programming Interface) is a way to enhance your business capabilities and ROI by setting up a system of trade with other companies in different markets. For example, I trade my developer (during a slow period) for your lawyer for a week. I get legal advice, you get a system upgrade; however, our budgets don’t change.
Another example: I use your private API, you use my private API… And we found each other through social media.
BPI is about bringing the world to your company and building from the outside-in.
